His research on "TechBuyouts - Private Equity strategies for technology companies" was published at MIT Sloan. He specializes in "Innovation led value-creation strategies". His clients included Sony, Vodaphone, Fairchild Semiconductor, Samruk Kaznya.
Pradeep holds a MBA degree from Massachusetts Institute of Technology (Sloan) and B.E. Computer Science & Engineering from College of Engineering, Guindy (India).
Pradeep has two patents in the field of Telecom and Artificial Intelligence.

Andrew Stern’s career, spanning over three decades, places him at the forefront of the renewable energy revolution. A pioneer in solar photovoltaic (PV) technology, Andrew has dedicated 30 years to advancing solar energy solutions, contributing to crucial developments that have significantly shaped the industry from its early days.
In addition to his passion for solar energy, Andrew has been deeply involved in sustainable energy for 20 years, playing a critical role in designing and implementing wind farms across diverse landscapes. His efforts have contributed significantly to the global shift towards sustainable energy sources. He has been instrumental in developing systems that use renewable energy to produce hydrogen, paving the way for a zero-emissions future.
Andrew is a technologist, mentor, and leader, inspiring a new generation of engineers and scientists to push the boundaries of renewable energy. He holds positions as a Teaching Fellow in Sustainability at Harvard University, a founding member of MIT’s Energy Club, and the Founder and Energy Specialist at Senior Equity Advisors Group, an investment and advisory management company.

Sam is a highly accomplished expert with a strong emphasis on world-class organizational design, business development, channel building, customer identification, and revenue generation through customer acquisition.
Sam holds a Master's degree from the University of Utah.

Over the past three decades. Keshav has led digital transformation of India's fastest growing conglomerates: consumer electronics and home appliances (Videocon), water and health (Eureka Forbes), Aerospace and Defence (HAL).

Keshav worked with Advent International (US Private Equity Firm) in the buyout and post-buyout digital IT transformation of Eureka Forbes business, which included mobile and cloud migration of SAP (ECC) and S3/Hana. He led a 7 member team to automate Sales and Service across 30,000 retail network spanning 35 cities, and supporting 700 distributors. Reporting to CIO, Keshav managed IT vendors, and helped modernize Digital IT infrastructure.
Keshav has led SAP/S4 Hana projects over past two decades - driving IT transformation of manufacturing processes, sales and service automation, audit and financial management. He led mobile and UPI based payment integration projects at Eureka Forbes.
